The Remembering Marco Mentorship Program is designed for young professionals and entrepreneurs who want to develop their ideas, expand their network, and transform their vision into concrete results.

It's a path for those who want to do business with values, courage, and real impact.

The next round of selections for 2027 will begin on November 1, 2026 – mark your calendar.

Mentorship Program

1 YEAR

Selection of participants

  • Transparent procedures with defined criteria: project relevance, competence, motivation.

  • Limited number of selected projects per year (two projects/entrepreneurs) to ensure quality mentoring.

Route planning and support

  • Definition of a personalized mentoring plan, with clearly established milestones.

  • Identification of success metrics (expected outputs, intermediate milestones, etc.)

  • Regular meetings with expert mentors to monitor progress and provide feedback.

  • Possibility of adjusting the plan during the project, based on intermediate results.

Evaluation of results and sustainability

  • Measuring progress against established goals.

  • Documentation of results, testimonials, networking.

  • Alignment with partners and sponsors to ensure continuity of resources and opportunities.

The requirements

AGE OF CANDIDATES
Applicants must be between 25 and 45 years old.

PROJECT STAGE - Startups.
For early-stage projects, the venture should have been active for 6–12 months,

ensuring that mentoring can generate tangible progress and measurable outcomes.

PROJECT STAGE - Established Projects.
For more mature initiatives, the project should have been operational for 3–5 years and require strategic guidance in operations, communication, and consolidation to achieve sustainable growth.

BUSINESS MODEL AND SCALABILITY
The project should have a defined or developing business model and demonstrate potential for growth, innovation, expansion, or internationalization.

Steps to apply

November 1 - November 30, 2026

  • Send your CV and cover letter

  • Submit your project's business plan

  • Clearly define the objectives you hope to achieve during your year in the mentorship program and submit them for consideration.

  • Answer five open-ended questions to help us understand who you are, what drives you, and what inspires your work

December 1 - December 9, 2026

  • One-on-one interview with the Remembering Marco team

03

December 10 - December 14, 2026

  • Evaluation of all submitted applications

  • The two chosen projects will be announced on December 15, 2026
